By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy).

Note: If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Additional program rules may apply to nominations, evaluations, awards, and events.
• In case of conflict, specific program rules supersede these Terms with respect to that program.

You must be of legal age and have capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. For accounts or portals requiring registration:

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse, fraud, or security risks.

Security: Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

In using the Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content or materials.
• Misrepresent affiliation or submit fraudulent nominations or evidence.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect integrity, safety, or compliance.

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, marks, rankings, lists, publications, and audiovisual content are owned by The World’s Best Group Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.
• Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative use requires prior written permission unless permitted by mandatory law.
• “The World’s 100 Best” and associated marks are trademarks or registered trademarks; unauthorized use is prohibited.

Disclaimers. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content is complete or current.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Services.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by the laws specified in the applicable program rules or, where unspecified, the laws of the jurisdiction of The World’s Best Group Limited’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts or arbitral forum identified in the relevant program rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
